In today's healthcare climate, with more critical medical devices being used in the home and hospitals driving to reduce medication delivery errors, the user's experience with a product is critical to its success. The product's hardware controls, interaction structure, information display, visual style, and graphics all need to work in concert to provide meaningful and memorable experiences that meet the highest standards for ease of learning and use. A thoughtfully designed user interface that is harmonious with your marketing goals, company brand, and the mechanical design is key.

Our interface design team delivers usable interactions which are focused on the different use case scenarios in which stakeholders will experience the product, whether it is diagnostic equipment like a programmer for interrogating implanted pacemakers, a therapy device like a patient-controlled analgesic infusion pump, or a treatment product like a ventilator to be used in the home. In addition to usability, our design team also creates interfaces with visual styles appropriate for the community of use. Interfaces for medical devices must communicate reliability and safety

The interfaces we develop are also designed and documented for easy implementation according to the constraints of the hardware platform and development environment. Our documentation focuses on maintaining the design intent as the interface is built and is structured to support future development as functionality is refined.
